February

I know we still have a week of February left, but I just uploaded a few pictures and thought I would go ahead and post them.

Each year we watch the UNC/Duke game with Jeremiah and Alexis. Jeremiah is a huge Duke fan so that makes it more entertaining to watch. It's always more fun when my Tarheels win!

Braden got busted trying to steal Alexis' drink. Fortunately it was empty! I love the look on his face.

Ben's dad was in town for Valentines Day so I gave all three of them V-Day goody bags. Braden enjoyed digging into his.

While he was in town, Pops helped Ben start building a shed. They got a lot done. I'm looking forward to having some extra storage space.

My current favorite picture! These two guys are such gifts from God. If you know our little Braden you know this is such a rare event. The boy is not cuddly so you have to take advantage of these moments. I'm glad I got a picture of it.

The Infamous "Worm"

My son does not crawl, he does the worm. I don't know why, but that is his favorite mode of transportation. Lately it looks more like a frog than a worm. I had to video it so I wouldn't forget it. I thought I might as well share it.

Ten Months

My sweet baby is ten months old today. Time goes by much too quick when you have small children at home. It really is amazing how much they grow and change and learn in such a short amount of time. I am so thankful that I get to stay home with Braden because I haven't had to miss more than a few hours of his life at a time. I get to cherish (or survive!) each stage. We went to the park today and it made me think how fun this current age. He is such a little ham and loves being silly. He is constantly making us laugh. One of my favorite things is watching him eat. He is pretty much eating all table foods now and he just shoves piles of food in his mouth. I have to only give him one bite of food at a time on his tray or he will stuff his face so full he can't even chew. The boy loves to eat! I wonder where he gets that? Here are a few more pictures from the park.

One day during Braden's nap we heard this banging sound upstairs. I peaked in Braden's door and found him like this. I called for Ben to come see him while I ran and got the camera. We had to hurry to get a picture because he started reaching over the side for toys. He's been able to pull up on things for a while, but he just never did in his crib. Of course we promptly lowered the mattress to the lowest setting. It's kind of sad though, because now we can't bend over and kiss him goodnight. Doesn't he look mischievous in the first picture?

Snow Day!

This is Braden and Ben in the snow for about 10 seconds. Ben made him eat it! It was lunch time so we didn't stay long. Maybe we'll go back out later.
