Christmas in Pigeon Forge
This was the third year my family rented a cabin in Pigeon Forge and had Christmas there. It's so fun having everyone in one huge cabin and just being together for the whole week. It has certainly changed since two years ago when there were no children. This year there were four kids under two. Not quite as restful, but definitely more fun now!

The only one where they are all looking the same direction. Too bad it wasn't towards me!

A glimpse at the madness when opening gifts.

Enjoying B's new Aquadoodle. It was a hit!

Trying to break out of this joint!

Hugs!

Christmas in Nashville
I absolutely love going to Nashville to celebrate Christmas with Ben's family. There are a lot of them so we are constantly on the go when we are there, but it really is fun! I really enjoy all the traditions. Here are the best pictures I had of our time there.

Trying out his new recliner.

Opening gifts at Grandmama's

"Want a ride?"

McDonalds is always a hit at Grandmama's house.

"Put-ball!"

Nutritious Christmas morning breakfast! :)
Big Boy Hair Cut
This is old news now, but I never posted the pictures of Braden's new hair cute. The night before we left for Christmas in Nashville Ben was giving Braden a bath. He decided then and there he had had enough of the long hair and he called Great Clips and in an hour we were there cutting off his sweet little curls. Here are some picture before, during and after:

My little man looks all grown up! I do like the hair cut and combing his hair is indeed easier, but I do miss the curls. I kind of hope our little girl has some curls that I will be able to keep!

I Forgot to Mention...
It's a GIRL!

So somehow between the busyness of the Christmas season and traveling and chasing an energetic toddler I forgot to formally announce on the blog that we are having a little girl! I am still shocked even though we've known for several weeks now. I could not be more excited! I think Braden will be such a sweet big brother for a little girl. She doesn't have a name yet, but I will try to keep you updated. Let's face it, I'm just not a faithful blogger anymore.
